**This custom made adapter includes 12x1.5 studs to mount Previous Generation 6 Lug Toyota Factory Wheels with a 106mm Center Bore onto the adapter using OEM Toyota 12x1.5 Lug Nuts.  We also include open end lug 14x1.5 nuts to be used to affix the adapter to the hub of a 2022+ Tundra Sequoia, 2024+ Tacoma, 2025+ 4Runner, 2024+ Lexus GX 460, or 2024+ Lexus GX 550 with 14x1.5 factory studs

  • The adapters are shipped with open lugs on the studs- use these to bolt the adapter to the vehicle if the thread size is correct for the vehicle.

  • Install by hand.
  • Adapters that have been mounted to a vehicle and/or wheels cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
