Return Policy
- 30 Day return policy from the date of delivery
- All Returns/Exchanges must be assigned an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact support to receive your RMA Number
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Customers requesting an exchange will be responsible for any price difference plus the cost of shipping/handling for the exchanged item
- All items must be returned in the same new condition they were shipped in
- Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted for used items
- Returns are subject to 25% restocking fee
- Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable
- All Custom Orders are FINAL SALE. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges on Custom Made Parts, Custom Built Parts, or other Custom Orders - Please note that all custom made orders will take 3-5 business days to produce and go through quality control before they are shipped out. Tracking will be generated once the custom made parts are complete and ready to ship
