Return Policy

  • 30 Day return policy from the date of delivery
  • All Returns/Exchanges must be assigned an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Contact support to receive your RMA Number
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Customers requesting an exchange will be responsible for any price difference plus the cost of shipping/handling for the exchanged item
  • All items must be returned in the same new condition they were shipped in
  • Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted for used items
  • Returns are subject to 25% restocking fee
  • Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable 
  • All Custom Orders are FINAL SALE.  No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges on Custom Made Parts, Custom Built Parts, or other Custom Orders - Please note that all custom made orders will take 3-5 business days to produce and go through quality control before they are shipped out. Tracking will be generated once the custom made parts are complete and ready to ship
