Customers are responsible for return shipping
Customers requesting an exchange will be responsible for any price difference plus the cost of shipping/handling for the exchanged item
All items must be returned in the same new condition they were shipped in
Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted for used items
Returns are subject to 25% restocking fee (this fee also applies to items marked return to sender, refused shipments, or items marked as non-deliverable shipments due to an unknown or incorrect address)
Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable
All Custom Orders are FINAL SALE. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges on Custom Made Parts, Custom Built Parts, or other Custom Orders - Please note that all custom made orders will take 3-5 business days to produce and go through quality control before they are shipped out. Tracking will be generated once the custom made parts are complete and ready to ship
